Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take a little longer during busy seasons or special promotions.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use CJdropshipping to fulfill all orders. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

• Europe & UK: 12–25 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 15–30 business days

• Other Countries: 15–35 business days

These are estimated times. Occasional delays may happen due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items you order. Some products may qualify for free shipping.

Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear online.

Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
